CRM & ERP Integration

This module allows the integration of accounts and contacts with Zuora‘s billing accounts and Salesforce‘s accounts and contacts to get a 360° view of your customers.

All data is synchronized in real time between CRM, e-commerce sites, and billing.

Transfer of the information to your ERP allows you to:

  • Define the rules for transferring data contained in Z-Keys and Zuora into your accounting tool.
  • Establish matching rules (example: allocation of the correct accounting account according to the product sold).
  • Make this data available in the form of a file expected by your accounting system.
  • Generate your FEC file (“Fichier d’Ecriture Comptable”: standard accounting entry file).
